Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship digital photo frames and family calendars to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If another country is offered at checkout, the rate shown before you pay is the rate that applies.

Cost

Standard shipping to the United States is free on every order. You will not be charged a shipping line at checkout for US addresses.

Delivery time

7 to 15 business days after we fulfill the order. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. You receive a tracking email when the package ships.

Fulfillment

Orders placed on a business day are typically fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days, then handed to the carrier. Delivery time above starts at fulfillment, not at payment.

Damaged or missing packages

Email louis11rx@gmail.com with your order number. If the box arrived damaged, attach photos of the carton and the product. We replace or refund items damaged in transit.

Returns

You have 90 days from delivery to send the product back. See the return policy.
