Ordering
The 10.1" Frameo frame is the everyday gift: you send photos from your phone, they appear at home. The 15.6" Frameo frame is the living-room size, readable from the couch. The Calendar is the household week on the kitchen counter. The Mini is a desk frame with local photos and no Wi-Fi.
PayPal Pay in 4 and cards show at checkout. If an option is not visible at payment, it is not offered.

Using the frame
Yes, on the Frameo frames. You connect Wi-Fi once. After that you send from the Frameo app. On their side: no buttons, no app, no password. The Mini does not use Frameo: you load photos before you wrap it.
No Kindneo subscription. You pay for the product once. On Wi-Fi frames, photos are sent with the Frameo app, free to download and published by a third party, not by Kindneo.
On the 10.1" and 15.6" frames: from the Frameo app on iPhone or Android. You pick a photo, you send it, it shows up. Kindneo does not publish Frameo. The Calendar is for the household week. The Mini loads photos from a memory card, not over the internet.
Frameo frames and the Calendar need Wi-Fi at home. Without internet, take the Mini: photos are local, Bluetooth is for music, not for sending photos from afar.
Yes. Load a few photos before you wrap it. The first time they turn it on, the faces are already there.
Shipping and returns
90 days from delivery to return the product in resalable condition. No restocking fee. Keep the carton if you can: a frame travels safer in its own box.
Take photos of the carton and write to support@kindneo.com. We handle it. A digital frame is fragile: open it in front of you, not after you throw the box away. If the first shipment fails, we send another at our expense.
