Return and refund policy

90 days to change your mind

If the frame is not right for the person you bought it for, you have 90 days from delivery to return it for a refund. The product must be complete, with the original accessories, and in resalable condition. Light home testing is fine. Damage, missing parts, or heavy use may reduce the refund.

How to start a return

Email louis11rx@gmail.com or WhatsApp +33 7 83 79 86 69 with your order number. We send you the return address. Do not ship a return until you have that address.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not the product you ordered. In those cases we cover the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original outbound shipping stays free. We do not refund return postage except for defective or incorrect items.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for 2 years from delivery. Contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, liquid, or unauthorized repair.
