Last updated: September 1, 2026. These terms apply to orders placed on the Frame Zero store for delivery in the United States.

1. The store

Frame Zero sells digital photo frames and family calendars. The commercial name on this site is Frame Zero. Contact: louis11rx@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices

Each product is described on its product page. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. A compared-at price, if shown, is a standing price reference, not a timed sale. Sending photos through Frameo does not require a Frame Zero subscription.

3. Orders and payment

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. We accept the methods displayed at checkout (card and any wallet or installment option actually enabled on the store). If an installment option is not shown at checkout, it is not offered.

4. Shipping

We ship to the United States. Standard US shipping is free. Delivery is 7 to 15 business days after fulfillment. Details: shipping policy.

5. Returns

90 days from delivery to return a product in resalable condition. Details: return policy.

6. Warranty

2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any rights you have under US state law.
